Default Body lift?

Looking into a 1" body lift any suggestions? Pros/cons one vs another. Also looking into a spring spacer 3/4"

I happen to have the Perf Accesories one on mine & couldnt be happier with it.

Performance Accesories: The pucks are type of plastic
M.O.R.E.: The pucks are aluminum.

Other than that, not much difference except cost as far as I know.

I opted for the plastic pucks being from the salted road state~figured they would withstand it a little better. Not much different, but maybe a little.

Beats me. as far as I am concerned they are all basically the same, none any better than the next.

All it is is a stack of pucks and some longer bolts.
Aluminum vs. Plastic.
Pick one. I know people that have both, they both work just fine and do exactly the same thing. I went with price, and leaned towards the plastic to avoid corrosion, but i really doubt it matters, I have aluminum wheels/spacers/etc. and that stuff is fine.

I did the 1" DayStar. The pucks aren;t round cylinders. The conform to the shape of the mount. I di dth einstall with my 11yo in a couple of hours. No silver pucks to paint either. Great customer service too.

1" shouldn't matter much. most kits are the same. the kits with aluminum pucks I have heard ride a little harder but I don't know. I know they cost M.O.R.E. so when I get mine I will buy "plastic" which are usualy nylon or a composit.

PA 1" here as well. For me it came down to cost. The PA was the least expensive and they build body lifts for tons of different applications (i.e. lots of experience as well as r&d)

My only beef - with all body lifts is how much more would they have to charge to send me 12 new washers instead of making me beat them off the body mount bolts. Not only is it time consuming but in most cases you end up ruining the stock body mount bolt because you are hammering the tapered end...... Just something that is frustrating. Really, how much could 12 washers cost? [/rant]

I am really happy with the end result though.
