Default Body roll solution

I'm currently running a 4 door jk win e rk 5.5 mid arm lift and bilstein shocks and I know it is high but I feel the shocks do nothing to help keep the jeep stable what would be a solution I've also upgraded to full traction heavy duty sway bar but wondering if a better shock would help maybe a stiffer one

Shocks are not designed to keep jeep level, they absorb impacts and tire rebound. They will slightly slow down body roll but only as a function of speed reduction of suspension travel.

Sway bars are the main stabilizers both front at rear.

The spring stiffness also plays large roll in body roll behaviour. Stiffer springs = less pronounsed body roll but rougher ride is the tradeoff.

If u have bigger swaybars, the next thing i would do is replace the rubber bushings that hold the swaybar with poly urothane to stiffen the bars even more and if endlinks have rubber, replace those bushings as well. Poly is stiffer and allows less movement.

Assuming that you have the 5.5" x-factor mid arm?

which setting do you have your Full Traction sway bar at? I've found the best happy medium with mine at the middle setting, I do notice less roll when on the firmest setting.

Yes spring stiffness and sway bars help with body roll, but raised roll centers is also very important. Have you raised the rear trackbar at the axle?

Replacing your bump stops with Air Bumps or Teraflex's SpeedBumps may also help reduce body roll.
