Default Bolt kit with RK control arms

Ok so I ordered the northridge bolt kit which says its only for the lower control arms and track bar. First question is I seem to have extra bolts...anyone know what they are for? Second is they won't fit in the crawler joints, only the side with the bushing. So what did you guys running RK control arms do?

Thank you sir! Looks like I'll be picking up some 14mm bolts later. Do you torque the control arm bolts down to 90-100lbs? And use loctite on them? I noticed the factory didn't have anything on them. Thank again.
