Default Bolt pattern on a 2008 JKUR
I ordered XD775 17 X 9, 5X5.5 OS: -12mm BS: 4.53"-Mtt Blk but they dont fit and am i just being a retard and not being able to put em on or is the
the bolt pattern wrong if so what is the correct bolt pattern and such.

Yes, 5x5. .....and you probably want BS of 4.5.
