I have smithybuilt src sliders which bolt onto the body mounts and they totally suck. If you get caught up on rocks with them they will bend up and dent the sides of your jeep. Both sides of mine are dented from the sliders. I'm going to just weld mine in soon

Well... technically LoD sliders are bolt on. After you drill and tap the frame.

They will protect the body though.

I went with ACE rails. Easy install (took more time to drag out the tools than do the install), inexpensive (relatively speaking), and they carry a lifetime warranty (even if you abuse them!).

I also run ace rails. IMO, there is not a better priced, solid rock rail out there on the market. Hands down love them and abuse them and they will not budge.

Yeah I've seen a lot of people running ace sliders just wondering how they hold up.

I also have the ACE sliders; but they are the same as the rugged ridge ones I believe. They have worked great for me and taken a lot of hits. However if I could do it again I would go with the evo poison spyder sliders. More expensive but they look a lot better and protect more imo

I'm running the Smittybilt rock Crawler side armor rails. They are $300 on 4WD and are amazing. I have not had any issues with them and they have been abused. Rock solid and definately worth the $300.

I also have the ACE sliders. They are 100% bolt one and they have done well for me so far!
