No muffler! The MBRP is good for me but its definitley not the loudest nosiest out there, its one of the few that dont make the JK sound like a rice rocket though.

 

Sounds like you want a straight pipe to me as well.

 

Ya the Borla sounds boss but I called this dude from a Jeep build shop and he said borlas on jks are super quiet...I need to know because my friends got a TJ with a borla and its crazy good.

 

If it's too quiet than special order a shorter muffler body than the one that borla sells in the JK kit. The videos I heard side by side it did sound slightly quieter than the magnaflow but completetly wins with the deep throaty sound it had. When I finally hide enough money from my wife for a muffler I will purchase a muffler body from borla and follow the write up found in the write up section here. Borla is the deepest.

That's a 12" long 4" round race magnaflow. Might be smooth and powerful but loud as hell. Just bolt that in place of the stocker. Ha.

 

Ok so based off the magnaflow on quadratec, where do I stand with straight thru?
