I'm thinking you may have a problem with your regular brake system. On my 1979 Trans Am, if the brakes between the two system halves (brakes are divided diagonally across the vehicle, with two calipers independent of the other two) have different pressure, then the brake light on the dash comes on. There's a differential sensor that senses the two halves. Not certain how Jeep does that, but you might inspect your brakes for excessive wear and, perhaps, fluid leaking.

Rear brake pads in photo, are they worn? The fronts look about the same... Still having the brake light solid light on dash... Turns off when driving turns on when stopped.

Check your fluids. And connections if the preasure drops. The light will come on. Also try slamming the e brake down. If it comes off you have a worn or loose connection.

had the same issue. Fluids looked to be at a good level, but turns out that was my issue.

the only way i could determine it was the fluid is that the light would go off while turning and while stopped then come on again when driving or braking.

although you checked the fluids, did you try topping off the reservoir?

The light isn't flashing like the e-brake light it's just solid.... From the photo I posted can you tell if the brake pads are worn? First timer

We're the resivoir is under the hood, there is a min and a max level line. The brake fluid is just under the max line.

The ABS might be detecting a fault or an air bubble somewhere in the system. I would try bleeding the brakes and see if it goes away.
