Default Brake line extension question

Brake line extension kits like this one

http://www.northridge4x4.com/proddet...ELINE_BRACKETS

work by reattaching part of the brake line to a lower position somewhere on the frame. There is no modding the brake line itself, just where it attaches. Right? Wrong?

It looks like adding these and dropping where the brake lines attach to the frame will put a slight bend in the brake line tubing. Is this cause for concern?

I am adding 18/59 JKU coils to my JK 2 door and am playing with all aspects of additional mods needed. If I get enough lift back from these coils, combined with the 1.75" BB I already have, I may need to consider brake line extension brackets.

Comments?

Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I don't think you'll need extended brakelines.... Maybe just relocate 'em and you should be good to go...

Isn't that what these brackets do, relocate where the brake lines attach to the frame allowing a bit more movement in the axle articulation w/o stressing the brake line itself? I think that is the function, but I am learning as I go here.

Thanks!

I'll be honest, I didn't even open the link... I just saw what amount of lift/body lift you are looking for and based it off that... so, if you are saying its relocation brackets(the link you provided), again, I think you should be fine with them...
