Default brake line relocation??

Hola guys!

I have a 6 spd '09 X, 33 inch duratracs, teraflex leveling kit, spidertrax spacers.

Y'all see any need to relocate my brake lines for when I'm disco'd??

Thanks in advance, everybody!

Find someplace close to disconnect and flex, get out, and look. Be sure to check both ends. If the lines are tight, run to the hardware store and spend $10.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I will flex tomorrow and check it out.

Spend ten dollars on what, exactly?

A piece of metal or a bracket to lower the frame mount, x amount of inches. Look here:

2 brackets, 2 bolts/washers/nuts for whichever end needs the extra length.

I used fence menders, maybe 3"x6" or so, and put a double bend in them to get the lines back under the frame rails a bit, and sprayed with some leftover duplicolor spray bedliner.

Btw you won't need to extend the front lines, it will be the rear your worried about until you get to the 2.5-4" lifts. I am running a rubicon express 2" lift and stock lines without a bracket. At full articulation, front and rear, the rear is taught and still has a little bit of play and the front is fairly loose. You might not have to extend them, I didn't have to! Good weekend project though....
