Default Brake Lines - When to extend?

Ok, I just installed my Terraflex Front Disconnects. I have a 2" BB. Do I need to extend my brake lines?

If you used the bump spots, no. if you left them out YES. The front should be fine its the rear ones that need to have something done.

With a 2" lift you shouldn't need new brake lines you can use an extended bracket that drops the brake line down.

Ok, I used the bumpstops (additional) all the way around. Are you saying I need to be concerned about the rears w/o disconnecting my rear sway bar links? (I don't think I'd even every try that).

I have the 2.5 BB and I have had no problems with them off-roding.

I was looking at one of my pictures from this weekend and the rear brake line looks pretty tight, I guess it is time to fab up a drop bracket.

Do you want a set? I have my Teraflex ones. I'll drop them in the mail if you want them.

4" lift stock brake lines. I just have the bracket that lowers the stock ones down. Wheeled the Rubicon and Hollister no brake line issues. I put on longer braided steel brake lines on it when i installed the lift and they were too long. I put the stock ones back on and haven't had any problems.

How is this for stock brake lines!!!!!!

I have a 3" lift and stock lines with no problems. I would not go any higher with out adding longer lines though.
