Hawk ceramic pads come with grease for the rear of the pad but they only do front ceramic pads for the JK, what brand of pad did you go with?

Grease the stopping surface? Really?
I have ceramics on the rear along with drilled/slotted rotors. They don't really squeal.

Yeah, x2. Don't grease the side that contacts the rotor. That's a recipe for disaster. I have hawk pads in the rear. You grease the back of them, but not the contact side. Mine squealed for the first couple hundred miles, then stopped. Use some brake cleaner and make sure your rotors are clean
