Default Brake upgrade 16" wheels

Anyone with 16" wheels do a brake upgrade? Even if was just pads. I need to know if anything on market will work. I know if I had 17" there are a few good options....but I didn't.

I have 17" rims but did measure my BBK for someone else with 16.5s and it looks like it may fit 16s but not sure. Worse comes to worst a little could be ground off the caliper if need be. These are the BR6 brakes with 13.25" rotors. With the framing square it looks like it would just fit but with the tape measure it looks like grinding would be required. Sorry, that's all I got. Otherwise I think you are limited to pads.

I think you would be quite happy with Black Magic pads and Centric Premium rotors. Just got them for mine and it was roughly $200 for both. Pads you have to order direct but the rotors were much cheaper from Amazon.

So is this what you bought? I might try this if what I found is correct. Thanks. I guess they do not make anything for the back.

You're close but those are not the right pads. Those pads are for the big brake kit. You're looking for these:
Jeep JK 2007 to Now, Front Black Magic Brake Pads

And Amazon has a better price on the rotors:
Amazon.com: Centric Parts 120.67068 Premium Brake Rotor with E-Coating: Automotive

BM does not make pads for the back because most of your braking happens in the front. You can get the Centric rotors for the back (p/n 120.67067) then use something like a EBC green or Hawk. It seems to be pretty universal opinion that's overkill though. I haven't done anything with the back yet so I haven't decided which way I'm going to go. If you buy the front/back kit from BM, you get Centric rotors and Posi-Quite pads for the rear (which I know nothing about).
