Default breaks???

so this is killing me for the second time now. There is this loud screeching comming from my pass rear (tire area). I am almost sure it's the break area. This happened when the jeep was stock, but on the driver side rear. I jacked it up and took of the tire, spread the pad from the caliper and made sure it wasnt just something stuck in there. everything looked fine but i wipped it off with my hand to make sure.

The noise is inconsistant though, and this is what gets me. sometimes its there, and sometimes its not. sometimes ill turn and it will start or stop, but not just one way or another. sometimes just in reverse or just in drive.

when it happened the first time i just let it go and hopped something bad would happen so i could take it to the dealer. now i have 3.25" of lift and 35s. The people at my dealership are retarded and dont know the difference between a jeep and an fj. this makes me worried about taking it in now. they would just say it's because of my lift.

Well for starters the brakes you are talking about is Brakes...

Are your brake rotors like very glazed? Are the rotors looking almost like mirrors? If so you may need to get them resurfaced.

Unless it has something to do w/ the parking brake. Maybe something is loose or got in there?
