Default Broke something, clank coming from rear on sharp turns?

Well it's been a good 3 weeks since i've been offroading so i'm not sure what I did.

The suspension feels a little floaty and the alignment seems to be a little more off center than normal. The real surprise is when I had the windows down and made a sharp right hand turn I heard a loud clank come from the rear somewhere.

Any thoughts?

Hard to say but one good way to diagnose steering issues/noise is by getting someone to turn the wheel while you watch everything move.

Check your track bar mounts.

I'm not great with all the mechanics. I had an offroad shop install the 3 1/2" lift but from what I can tell the rear sway bar seems to be loose. I'm assuming it should be tight?

If I push / pull on that bar it makes a clank. Seems to be loose where the arrow points.

You can kind of hear the clanking when I'm pulling/pushing 1 handed on the sway bar, its much louder when driving and turning. At least I think this is whats causing the noise.

Your arrow is pointing at the trackbar.

Like was said earlier... check for that upper trac bar mount to be cracked. If not Retighten the bolt to 125lbs.

What he said. Also check the axle side mount. They're notorious for cracking/breaking.

I'm thinking the TB bracket, it looks like the mounting bracket sheared.... look just right of the arrow. If not my eyes are bad. Hope you find out what the problem is.

I agree, something looks amiss at the frame end trackbar mount...

It's the track bar! I did that to mine, called Rusty's shipped it back on their dime and they sent me a new one. Can't beat service like that. Just get a new one or have it welded for a quick fix. But I would get a new one.
