for that much i would have gotten 4 mickey thompson rims.
but T/F will do you right.

The economy here is pretty bad... But we try to keep our JKs rollin'......

Try to find out the brand and what color it is, I know you said it is not blue, but is it plain aluminum color or black??? IS it Hub centric??? We all want to know because a lot of us use spacers and when something like this happens we all want to know the all the details... It helps all of us out.

its called "pilot racing" its has TUV and CE certifications. It is italian made so probably none of you will have one, but i am saying just in case. I just realized that i bought crap

It's hard to tell from the blurry closeup (use macro settings!), but it looks like a brittle shear.

I concur with the previous posters. It is sub-standard hardware coupled with over-torque (impact wrench, most likely). I would bet the bolts cracked on installation and it just took a while for them to totally fail.

Interesting to note that the spacer itself was not 'broken', but it was 4 of the 5 studs that failed...crappy metal, good enough reason to avoid that brand, if that is what they consider good enough.

Also, interesting that a tire shop would install spacers. Greece is definitely different than the US in that regard.
