Could you please post some pic when you've installed your support bracket?

is this a bracket that supports the rear trackbar bracket? and if so why would they charge you for it!

Good call Northridge... sounds to me like they should be sending this free (plus shipping?) to anyone who can provide a recipt for one of thier kits. It also seems like a bandaid aproach to fixing this. They should redesign their bracket to extend to the axle tube and somehow spread this load out so the trackbar mount doesnt see as much stress. A bracket to support another bracket seems kinda silly.

I tend to agree but they aren't giving them away.

As far as a bracket supporting a bracket being silly, this is probably correct but a bracket from the pumpkin to the stock track bar bracket is a good idea because we will probably start seeing stock brackets go without the help of a relocation bracket. On my TJ I had a bracket from the pumpkin to the track bar anb it really made it strong. Lots of TJ's had problems with the stock bracket ripping from the axle. Although I would much rather prefer a triangulated setup.

Where did you buy the new trackbar bracket? Or does anyone know where it can be purchased?

I think it's pretty crappy of them to charge you for it since it should have been designed differently to start off with. I have always like Skyjacker in the past, but that's pretty sub-standard in my opinion. I hope it works for you.

I agree 100%. I suppose I probably could have given them a hard time about it but I didn't want to waste the breath.
