Welcome to the forum! TeraFlex offers 6 different 2.5" kits. Call me if you have any JK questions.

I think that both are popular kits, but the Teraflex would probably win if you put it to a vote. I know that what I would get... and have!

The TF customer service (at least on this website) is great. I haven't heard anything bad about the Teraflex kits, and they're very complete.

I would, however, try and go with the 2.5" coil boost from TF. It's not TOO much of a leap, and I wish I held out for it.

I have the Teraflex and like it a lot. If you keep stock tires, they will look smaller. Just make sure to put the rear links inside, and I strongly suggest a set of 1.25" wheel spacers. If you go 35", the spacers are a must !!

I'm in Canada, talk about salt on the road. I know several people with Teraflex for 2 years, and no issues reported. Anyway, only parts in metal are the extension brakets for the shocks and links on the back, on my kit at least. The spacers and bump extension are in polyeurathan, which is not affected by rust.

That's interesting. I would have to disagree with that. Utah uses salt here and my kit isn't rusted out. If you scrap the powder coating off and don't spray paint it, then sure you'll get some normal surface rust. Also TeraFLex 2.5" kits are more complete than any other brand. Many buy a lower cost kit, then buy the TeraFlex comonents to make it more complete.

He probably suggested that because he's#1, a dealer for Skyjacker or #2, just gets a better deal on Skyjacker parts and it's to his profit benefit to sell only certain brands, nothing more.

Also I coundn't see the steel of TF products rusting out any quicker than any other manf. You ever seen a coil rust out ??? Ever seen a rubber spacer rust???. Ever seen a zinc plated brakeline bracket rust out??? I guess you may get my point.
