A spacer is pretty much just a spacer. Compare the price and the extra components and how you intend to use it. Will you want/need: bumpstops? Or links? Or brake line extensions? Or caster correction? Or axle centering? Decide that before you start comparing the kits.

Any mod can and will void 'parts' of your warranty. Your best bet is to talk to your dealerships service folks and see how mod-friendly they are. if they are ok with a 2-2.5" BB, you're golden.(at that dealership, anyway. And until whoever you talked to leaves. And...)

Go back a page and read the first thread in this modified area, the one stickied to the very top with the title "ATTENTION - Chrysler WILL VOID Your Warranty if You Lift Your Jeep"

I had a 2" BB and now a coil spring lift and my dealership had no issues with my lifts or that matter my bigger tires! However, they are pretty mod friendly...it will depend on which dealer you see but like nthinuf stated have a discussion with the service manager about how he feels about lifts....if he does not like them then shop for a new dealership that is friendly with lifts.
