A limit on how much you want to spend would help. I like my Smittybilt SRC I got for around $400.00.

So what is your purpose in getting fenders? It would help to know otherwise the stock ones are fine.

Well the stock bumpers are plastic so I am looking for something alittle more rugged. I would like to eventually install a winch and I dont want to install it on a stock plastic bumper.

I have the Rugged Ridge XHD front and the rear is on order. For the money, they are pretty good. I got the ends and they are good for protection on-road, but I ended up taking them off for my second day of wheeling after the stock rubi tires hit them at full flex. It is still nice to have the option of doing stubby or full width, though...

You could look into...
1) Making a cardboard template of a bumper you want (or make a carbon copy of a bumper you like (get the dimensions))
2) Draw it on autocad or find a buddy who can
3) Get the pieces cnc plasma cut (3/16 plate?)
4) Get a welder friend (or pay a welder) to weld it up your cnc cut pieces

This whole thing may cost you heck $200 to $300 as opposed to paying $600 for one.

Just talking out loud.

Smittybilt SRC Front Bumper - One of my first mods, great bumper for an excellent price.

As for the rear, I started out the SRC Rear Bumper as well. It was a great bumper, but I decided I needed a tire carrier so I upgraded to the Expedition One Trail Series.

FYI, I still have the SRC Rear Bumper if you are interested.

Good luck in your search. I spent a lot of time thinking about this one.
