that is true, but even with adj arms, you wont be able to lengthen the arms enough to restore the wheelbase back to stock length. Plus at 4 inches, the control arms will be at a very steep angle and all the bumps in the road will be channeled up through the frame, as opposed to being absorbed by the suspension. It will still be a rough ride unless you go with a longarm
