Default bump steer

i have an 07 sahara 2 door. i put a 2.5" lift and 33's on it recently. i have been having issues with bump steer. i was reading about a little and i think what i need to do is get a track bar relocation bracket and drop the pitman arm. is that what i need to do?

honestly, i don't know how you could have "bump steer" with just a 2.5" lift but, installing a trackbar relocation bracket and dropped pitman arm WILL NOT help you here as they are made for lifts 4" or taller. now, if you feel like your steering is a bit flighty at highway speeds, you might want to check to make sure that you aren't running too much air in your tires and if anything, you may want to consider getting some adjustable lower control arms so that you can add a bit more positive caster.

I appreciate your response way of life.

If that's not the issue what else could I do?

Agreed x2 on this. Here's a link to a video that I hope explains how to check your front geometry. I made this sometime ago and hope that my video crew can make a better video now.

You could try going over everything that was touched to install the lift and check the torque...
