I have the RC 2.5 whit coil and suspension. Is the bump stop extension is needed or only whit a BB kit??

I believe that RC includes bump stops with their shocks. Did you get their shocks? They have a strong, foam-like material on the piston shaft.

looks like their kit only consists of shocks and coils. 2.5" bump stops will be needed, along with sway bar links, and rear brake line extensions.

Bumpstops are a good idea. The front bumpstops sit inside the coil, and you have to remove the coil to install them. So if you are changng coils, its a good time to add the front bumpstops while you are at it

From what i can see, the bump stop would be the black thing at the bottom of the shock, is that correct??

yes you are right. the 2.2 shocks have a bump stop on them. now if you ever replace your shocks (with anything other than rc2.2 shocks) later down the road you'll have to get bump stop's as well
