Which bumper?
I have a 09 JK and I am looking for a front bumper. I was looking at LOd bumpers but I see that they do not have a good reviews. I have a winch already. Any suggestions
There are a TON of posts here on bumpers. It's almost too much!
DO a search and have fun!
The more you read and see, you will find one out there you will want. I am saving up for a Hanson Stubby.

Rugged Ridge XHD is a good way to start. For under 400 bucks, you can get the modular center with fog light holes and a winch mount. Then add the hoop and ends whenever you want to.

Comes that way. Another nice feature of the RR is that the fog lights are behind build in light guards so you don't need seperate guards. I'd considered the XHD seriously when I planned my build up but I didn't like how the wings didn't blend into the fenders. But if you're looking for a stubby, it isn't a bad way to spend your coin.
Curious about the bad reviews on LoD as well
From what I gathered you are getting a quality American made bumper that is rock solid. The only negative thing I've heard is there is a wait time for them but they are working double time to catch up on orders. Me, personally, am saving up for a front and rear from LoD.

Full width front bumpers aren't the rage right now with all the stubby/cut fender/rock crawler style Jeeps out there, but if you do want a full width to run with stock fender flares and some step type rock rails the FabFour front bumper is one you won't regret.
The turn signals/fog lights are standard with it, as is superb construction and ease of installation. It won't take a Powerplant style winch, but I'm a CO2 guy anyway.
