Default bumper chop questions

i have been looking at some of the write-ups on modifing front and rear bumpers and i really dont like the looks with the rivits and was currious if there is any way to do this with out buying end caps to go on the bumper!!

The way I saw it, Jeeps are supposed to be rough. So, I just used a sawzall, hacked off the ends, and left it as such. I like the look, actually.... thought I did have to be a new bolt in to hold the plastic in place against the metal (I had cut the previous anchors off).
