Default Bumper light bar position advice please

Gents, debating where to install my LED light bar on my bumper mounted Mopar lightbar. Over the bar, or under.... I kinda lean towards under, but would like your opinion. At this point, I have no intention to install a winch.

Here's pics of both...

Under. Up top you may have handling problems with a high center of gravity.

I'm sure I'm not considering something else important, but just from an appearance and airflow standpoint, I vote for having it below the hoop.

Nah, no winch in the plans yet... will only do moderate trails through which the front and rear lockers should be more than enough in the worst case scenario.
