Do your research. There's a picture of nearly every bumper out there in this forum. Find what you like and ask around for people that have it. Save yourself some time and money by doing it right the first time.

Easter Jeep weekend in Moab was the perfect place for me to find a bumper I liked. Thousands of jeeps to look at.

Get a modular bumper like the Rugged Ridge XHD or the Smittybilt XRC MOD.

This way if you regret what you have then you can change up the look fairly quickly and somewhat cheap.

You could have a stubby, mid width, full width, stinger, or pre-runner. You could even have all of them and change up the look of your Jeep any time you want.

I'm about 90% settled on the smittybilt modular with the stinger...

I like the rugged ridge, but with that I'm stuck with the stinger if I change my mind

Anyone on here have either of those bumpers or any experience with stingers?

I have the RR XHD bumper, with the bull bar. You can get either for the bumper.
