Ace stubby pro only requires remounting the pump on the same bracket, just moves above or below the bracket, can't remember for sure.

I just installed a poison spyder brawler lite on my 12 and it didn't require moving it at all.

Assuming that will still fit with the bumper on. Anything where you're cutting frame will need it moved out of there.

Very true, although if he is worried about moving the pump I doubt he is looking to cut the frame. Where I mounted it is pretty easy here is what I did.

Parts cost $5-$7

I cut off the studs and used a cut off wheel to cut the bottom part of the front stud off so I could put a bolt through the top.
I pulled connector off the mount and used the front hole that the Christmas tree holder went in for the other bolt.
The bolts I used were 1/4-20 x 2 1/2" I put them through the two holes above then put 7/8 threaded spacers on.
I flipped the rubber shock mounts and put a washer on before mounting the pump. I secured everything with a nyloc nut.
With this setup the pump is just under the mount and drops between the crashbar. There is no need to rewire or plumb.
One issue I did have though was the bolt I used was hitting my Zeon winch which is much wider then most. So I just bent the mount down a little bit.

If he can't take out and put in 4 bolts for say the evo pump relocation then he should find a friend to help him with the whole process and pick out whatever bumper he wants. Picking a bumper based on moving the pump almost guarantees he will end up buying another bumper in a year or two.
