Rough country has a nice inexpensive bumper. $230 relocates the fog lights and gives you a winch mount.

Default Bumpers
I like my Fab Fours in the front and LOD with rack and jeep can holders for the rear. Both are full width. I like the winch centered in the frame rails for a straight pull. LOD has reverse lights that are super bright. Both were easy to mount.
