Default bumpers

So i have been looking for front and rear bumpers for my 2012 for what seems to be a long time now. I cant find one in my price range, at least i dont think. There are so many different options, but i dont know if my purchase is going to be the actual bumper or an accessory. The only real website i like is poison spyder. Affordable front bumpers but expensive rears. I guess you have to make it up somewhere. I'm cheap, but I'm not. Now don't get me wrong, I know you get what you pay for. I also know there are good deals out there and i just can't seem to find them. Is there anyone that can help me find a stubby with winch plate and stinger. I would also like a rear bumper with swinging tire.

It's the tire option that gets expensive. Have you thought of the Teraflex tire carrier/hinge?

I like the stubby stinger, but 1100 is a bit much for the a carrier. Looks like i might have to check out craigs list or ebay or even this site. thanks anyway

After rear bumper and the teraflex carrier you will be at the same as an all in one bumper and carrier for most applications. For the op I you like the fronts are you dead set on a rear from the same manufacturer. Just a thought to maybe give you the room to get both, or space out your purchase instead of pulling the trigger on both and save for the second. Good luck with your decision.

I have the Rampage front stubby and love it. It comes with winch plate and fog light holes and hoop, and 2 D-rings. Was only about 400 shipped on Amazon.

That's the bumper I was originally going to go with, but I waited so long, that the price went up. It was as high as $485 on Amazon. When I started looking it was around $365 on Amazon. And with Amazon Prime, it would have shipped free.

Now, since then, I kept looking and did a crap load of research on various bumpers and manufacturers. I like was JCR has to offer, but they ship them bare metal, so you have to add in the additional cost of powder coating.

I looked at Rampage, Rugged Ridge, OR-FAB, JCR, Bestop, ACE, Warn, LoD, RockHard 4x4 and even some of the eBay offerings. I wanted my bumpers to match (front and back) and do NOT want a tire carrier. My 33's are just fine on the tailgate. I really liked the OR-FAB. Made in america from 3/16" steel. The rear bumper can also come with integrated LED backup lights.

So I sent an e-mail to Northridge 4x4. They like to make deals. They gave me a great deal if I bought both bumpers. I won't say exactly how much of a discount they gave me, but I couldn't get these bumpers any cheaper. The front is on it's way, the rear has to be fabricated and will ship from OR-FAB directly. FREE SHIPPING.

Send them an e-mail with what you are looking for and I have a feeling they will make you happy as they did me.

Good luck!

BTW, what is your budget?

My front JCR stubby with recessed winch and factory fogs. Bumper, shipped and powder coat, $620, all in & I got to use my factory fogs which saves some coin. I just received the JCR rear dagger for $340 shipped (sale + free shipping) and costing $100 for powder coat. When I get it on, I'll post pics. I will also sell my factory hitch for $50-$70. Which gets me some cash on the back end. All in, front, rear, powder coating (my preferred finish), $1060 less the sale if my hitch and maybe bumpers. I must say, the quality, fit and finish are top notch!
