Default bumpstop question

When are bumpstops extensions needed when doing a lift. I've got the 2" Rustys lift, taller springs and longer shocks but did not see anything about bumpstops.
Are they needed when doing a lift like this?

Typically, yes. Bumpstop extensions are usually needed for any lift in order to prevent over compression of the springs. So, either your new Rusty's 2" coils are designed to be compressed or they just don't see this as being a potential problem.

Thanks Eddie, I thought they were usually needed. Will give them a call to see what there thoughts are.
