Default Bushwacker Pocket flares 35s 4.75BS

Considering these flares since i loved them on the TJ, just wondering if anyones stuck them on with 12.5' wide tyres and a 4.75BS wheel? Just wanted to know how much the flares go past the tyres?
Any pics would be great, esp from front on, only ones i can find in the search either dont mention the wheel BS or they are 13.5' wide 35's.

Here's couple pictures of the flares. I'm running 35x12.5 with the standard JK backspacing. The wheels are Dick Cepek DC-1's.

I find they have plenty of coverage but if you're lifted, the fine spray that kicks up from the bottom 1/4 of the tire will still fly up to your door from under the bottom of the flare. The only thing that would cure that would be front mud flaps.

Hope this is helpful.

So those wheels have a 4' BS right?
They look almost in line with the guard, so if i ran a wheel with a 4.75 BS the tire would prob sit around 3/4 of an inch inside the guard.

No, I believe standard JK backspacing, at least on the 4dr Unlimited is 4.5 (and change). I think you'd still be inside the guard with 4.75. Maybe its the angle on the pictures I took but I've got at least an inch of coverage to spare.

Pretty sure all stock JK wheels have 6.25" of backspacing. That is why when you go bigger tires and keep stock rims you need to run 1.5" spacers. Which nets 4.75" of backspacing. Right everyone?

I don't believe so. When you buy wheels from a professional wheel dealer for a JK they will specify 4.75 w/o spacers. I went w/ DC-1's in 17x9.5 w/ 4.75 b/s and 35" tires.

Bingo. There is no "factory backspace" on aftermarket wheels. Read up on it through the search. I'm running 3.25 bs right now as a combo of wheel bs and a spacer. You can order rims in any bs you want, you just need to your research and know what will work for your tire width and suspension component clearance needs.
