Default Hey

Now, did you have to get the flares because you are in Germany? Wondering if I go back to Germany, that they let me drive my Jeep without any mods to the fenders.

Here is mine, I roll with a Garvin Bumpers. They are extremely strong. I've bounced them off trees and not even a scratch on them. Then I just added the Off Road Evolution EVO rock skins and sliders and they are sick looking. Extremely stong too. The sliders aren't in one of the pics, but they are in the one after I went wheelin a few days ago.

I was told that my fenders had to cover the wheels competely when looking from the top, in order to pass the European Inspection..
Side story is that my JK was the first one in Europe! I ordered it three days after they were available from the PX new car sales program. European dealers weren't getting them for '07, and the PX dealers didn't have any in stock for months. I lifted the Jeep soon after I recieved it in Dec 07, and bought the wheels and tires almost immediatly ater that. So I was worried that the inspectors haden't seen one before and make me get some flares anyways. I didn't need to inspect it initially, and two years later, when I had to get it inspected they weren't enforcing the rule.Too late though, I had pruchased the Bushwakers already. They were the only thing available at the time. Either way, I like the look of the Pocket Flares, and I'll keep them on until they are destroyed.
