Im sorry fort he ignorance ahead of time. But is it just me or doesn't anyone shop around anymore? Looks like everyone is over paying for tires? And by a decent amount. What about 4wd.com? In just my experience from shopping around they are the cheapest.

Here is what I have found based on a 35x12.5x17 Goodyear MT/R with Kevlar

Tire rack: $316 each. $80 mail in rebate if you order 4 or more. They don't advertise free shipping but I'm sure you could get it.

DTD $341.05 $80 mail in rebate when you buy 4 or more, plus free shipping.

And 4wd. $295.99 each. $80 mail in rebate with 4 or more. And again free shipping.

I mean maybe I'm missing something, but if I'm ordering tires (set of 4/5) I'm gonna go with the ones that are $295.99 and save myself about $200.

Sorry if I come off like an a$$.

I happened to get my wheels and tires there at dtd but I liked the fact that they were mounted balanced and shipped at a reasonable price over getting tires and wheels and have to lug them to a tire shop ! and dtd were very good about it all ( no hassles ) shipped as promised but I understand your point 200 bucks isn't anything to toss away

Guess I should mention that my experience was with 37's. DTD was absolutely the rock bottom price (I scoured the web), 330 ea for hankook mt $80 rebate and free shipping.
