Default Buying used with 37s, mods needed?

I've looked around for similar threads and they seem to be embedded with different subjects.
Basically I'm looking for a another JK and found a good handful, but one dealer has some unlimiteds they lifted with pro comp 4" and 37s, bumpers and some fuel wheels.
My main question is if I was to get one for a decent price what modifications would I need to run the 37s.
The main one I like is a 2010, sport 4dr auto. They didn't re gear or anything so I'm assuming it has 3.21 or 3.73 and the d30 front. ( I've only owned the 2dr sport, not sure If the 4 dr got bigger axles)
Now I'd rather buy stock and lift and build on my own, but sometimes buying one already done up can be beneficial and be a step ahead on the road to bigger tires and lift.
So basically besides a DD I plan on weekend wheeling and exploring with it, what do I need to modify to avoid destroying stuff with the 37s. Terrain would be desert and forest, not major rock crawling but good fun exploring and wheeling.
Sorry for the long post, but just trying to decide between buying stock and building or buying and being a couple steps ahead.

I bought a two door that has almost the same set up. I use it the same as your talking and one thing I have had to get is front drive shaft. The boot tore and shortly after that the cv joint failed.

It's hard to say on a warranty if they give you one , if not sleeve and gusset and regrear

Yeah true, warranty would be helpful. So basically it would be cheaper but just as durable to beef up the axles on it and when and if they go upgrade to somthing bigger and better sort of like way of lifes jeep.

I would plan on a front driveshaft, gussets, and gears

May need to trim the rear pinch seam as iit will rub. You most likely will need to regear as well. If you have stock 3:21 or 3:73 look into minimum 4:10. I am going to be running 35" tires and just regeared to 4:56.
