How many hours should it take to complete the gussets and then the sleeves as well. I have recieved quotes from 4 hours to 8 hours total for both; but not sure what is the average amount of time to weld them in right.
Teraflex charged 4 hrs worth of work for my upper/lower c's and the gussets.

I'm using EVO gussets on my D30,thought about axle housing sleeves, but the idea of drilling holes in my housing didn't sound like a good idea.i just installed new axle shafts instead since thats whats gonna fail first

I have the whole EVO reinforcement package, LCA skids, gussets, and the sleeves. They are very well made and Dave at Northridge4x4 did the install. My friends have the TF combo and they have no complaints. Only difference is the EVO design is different and has seals with their sleeves. That was worth the extra money IMO.

Now that I installed my 3.5" lift & 35" tires 2 days ago on my jeep, it's now time to invest into c-gussets to solidify my D30 before I bent it. I know I don't and will not wheel hard as some of you are doing, but I will feel more secure. I think it's more important than heavy metal bumper for now...

So I will order the EVO C2 axle gussets and LCA skid package this week. I was looking also at TF gussets, but I like the EVO package... but if somebody have some advice on what to buy, feel free to post.
thanx

Are sleeves and c gussets also recommended on the D44 for a rubicon?

If you are planning on 35's it is recommended
I went over two years with my 35's but was careful with it before I did mine

The gusset for the C’s I think you can get all over the place. There are a few that are a little thicker and that is what I went with but I do not remember the company. The sleeves I used taraflex’s and I have had no problems with them in the last year they have been on my Jeep. I had them installed at the same time I got the gears changed and it saved me a few $$.

I have all the EVO, sleeves, C2s, and F&R skids and no complaints here.
