Default CAI Intake Computer Reset?

Hi there. I just installed K&N CAI. I reset my fuel economy meter and now it started to read very high like 20L/100km and it continues to increase when idiling.
Do I have to reset the ECU or pull a fuse or something?
Thanks for the help!

if you reset it, it will take some time before it starts averaging.

Did it have a place for the Mass Air Flow sensor? No way mileage should go up when sitting still.

I replaced the Charge air temperature sensor because I thought that was the problem but it only changed it minorly (I believe this sensor is used to get the air fuel ratio). I suppose I should just give it some time and let it average out. I just thought that it would have used data points from previous driving to calculate the average.
