To someone w/ an aftermarket bumper/tire carrier, can you take a measurement for me?

I'm in the process of modifying a bumper/tire carrier that I made for another Jeep to fit my JK. I think it's gonna be pretty easy. Well, easier that starting from scratch.

I need the location of the centerline of the tire carrier pin, as looking from above. I'm trying to locate it so that it doesn't interfere w/ the tailgate hinge , but I don't want it to stick too far outboard either. You can measure from the centerline of the pin to whatever reference point on the body is convenient.

Also, can you measure the overall distance the bumper sticks out from the body?

If my wording isn't clear, let me know. I know, it sounds confusing.
