Default camber bolts or not

I have the AEV 3.5 sc lift on my 2012 jku. I want to get my c's gussetted but the brackets are in the way. If I take off the front brackets and get some, say, Currie adjustable control arms, will I still need to use camber bolts? I don't want to use camber bolts no matter what.[

No you will not need Camber bolts by switching from the brackets to the adj control arms.

Cam bolts are only "needed" when you don't have adj control arms or any kind of geometry correcting brackets.

I've seen them called camber kits and camber bolts, even on vendor web sites, but don't know why as they deal with caster.

That's funny! Never really thought about that but it's spot on! Had them once what a mess...go control arms and you won't need them like the others have said.

Pretty sure the name "camber" is the concentric style of the bolt, not that it adjusts the camber Also the normal placement (like my 69 Mustang) of these bolts is on a lower A arm, which would adjust camber

Didn't see anything in the definition of the word camber to suggest a connection with the eccentricity of the bolts.
I suppose the name could carry over from their use on other types of suspensions. Doesn't make sense that they use it to describe the bolt kit for the JK, though.
