Default can dealer set TPMS to lower psi?

if they were willing to, can a dealer said the PSI number lower for my TPMS for my 33's? I don't want to mess with my engine tuning or risk warranty issues whatsoever for performance. I just don't want my TPMS light on all the time.

I found a dealer that did this but, it was a couple of years ago. Also cost me close to $100.00 (min fee to hook up to Star Scan) At that time this was not a feature of the programmers. If I had to do it now, I would just spend the money on a Superchips and set my pressure to 0.

I tried three dealerships and all said they could or would not do it. In most states, I believe it is illegal to knowingly disable any sensor in the car related to safety...be it seat belt alarms, door chimes, or TPMS. I pisked up an AEV Procal and did it myself. I didnt need all the bells and whistles of some other programmers, and for $150 it was worth the cost. It also let me set my driving lights to be daytime running lamps, gave me one touch lane change signals, and recalibrate my speedo for the right tire size.

They would only go down to 28 lbs, which was perfect for me. (on road) Off road, below 28 lbs, I don't care about the Low pressure warning.

Thinking about it. Seems to be warranty friendly because pro cal isn't a tuner. And since I now have 35s for trails only, this might be nice to have.

Where's the cheapest place to buy?
