Default Can I run 37's?

I was planning on getting 35's but have an opportunity to get some 37s for cheaper. I have a 2012 2-door, 6-speed, rubicon with just a teraflex leveling kit. I'll chop fenders and trim pinch seems if needed but is that just too much tire to handle right now? I plan on going with a 2.5 coil lift in the near future but I also plan on going off roading next month...any advice? Or should I just stick with 35s?

Personally I think a 2dr on 35's is equivalent to a 4dr on 37's. I was gonna get 35's too but I got a deal on 37's so I bought them right away and installed them but haven't done any hardcore wheeling yet cuz I don't wanna destroy my front axle. Just installed evo sleeves and gussets last weekend so that should hold me over for a little while I hope. Definitely need to trim fenders and pinch seam for sure if u only have a leveling kit. And Maybe extend the bumpstops too cuZ u will probably have some rubbing somewhere. I have the teraflex 2.5" coil lift not BB and a.small body lift with 37" km2's cut fenders and seams, stock rubi shocks with extensions and have no rubbing anywhere

You will need a big bump stop front on rear. Look up plannman right up on 37s with flat fenders, bumpstops, cut fenders and a 2.5inch lift

So I would say get 37's, just cuz down the road u will see a 2dr on them and if u have 35's u will wish that u got 37's instead. Either way with 35's or 37's your gonna need sleeves and gussets for front axle. Pm if Ya want Maybe I can give u some ideas on what I did and where I ordered my stuff

Yeah I just tried searching for it. What gives. I realize I'll have to do a lot more to make the 37s fit. Since this is a daily driver with a lot highway driving it makes more sense to only go 35s but it's hard to pass up 5 37" trail grapplers for $1500(new ones)

Default caution on 37's

When building my 2007 JKU rubi I thought for a little more tire cost I would do 37s versus 35s for a little more money. After $ 1500 regear to 5.13's to get it down road, $ 2000 PSC steering upgrade to turn them and a $ 5000 new prorock 44 because the stock sleeved, gussetted reinforced Dana 44 crapped and some flat flares $ 800 it ended costing me about $ 9300 more to run 37s.....lol But it looks much sweeter than 35s. Good luck
