Default Can mixing shocks cause issues?

I installed my Edelbrock IAS today. They are on the front. I still have bilstein HDs on the back. Could this cause a strange ride or any issues?

As long as they are the same length, on the road they will be fine. You might notice a difference if they have different valving when you wheel it. If it has different valving, one set might compress easier causing you bottom out on the bumpstops easier.
