i think evos is for no bumper.. looks like someone did a big hack job on a bumper to get them in lol.

Not EVO, EVO has more beef and bolts. Simple concept here, although I'd like to see double sheer like the EVO ones...all that force on only one side of the (thin) frame wall would concern me

Its a generic shackle mount on a CJ or YJ, or even some sort cherokee. Leaf springs, bro.
