Default cant get door hinges to line back

I bed lined the door hinges and now i can not get them to line back up. all hinges went back to the exact location they came off of. It seems to be the bottom hinge on both sides. I tried loosining the hinges and shifting the door around but i couldnt even get the pin to drop all the way? wtf someone have any thought need help.

Not sure if it matters as i haven't remove the hinges yet, but could you of possibly swapped the hinges from the passenger side/Drivers side to the other side by accident?

there is no paint under the hinge so when u put them back on they line up to that. I actually think it would be impossible to mix them up?

Driver side and passenger sides are completely different since the pin is supposed to be on the bottom. Mine took awhile to get set right. Not sure if the top hinge is different than the bottom as far as where the hinge pin sits. good luck!

Im an idiot. Thought you meant the hinges that are attached to the jeep, not the doors.
