Default Can't remove nuts holding on wheel spacer

Ok this seems crazy but I am have a terrible time removing the nuts holding the wheel spacers on, I've got a few off but still have 2 that seem impossible to loosen, I've used a impact but having no luck, any ideas?

Break out the breaker bar. If that doesn't work then throw a cheater pipe on the end of it.

I'll bet that they were put on with Loctite and will need to be heated with a propane torch for a few seconds to melt the Loctite. Then they should come off relatively easy. Try it.
