Default Cargo Carrier in Front.???? HELP???

I spend alot of time at the beach and recently got a cargo carrier for a cooler, wood, fishing poles, etc. My problem is I do not want to put it in the back because I have smittybilt bumpers and 35's so the swing gate with the tire won't let it fit or even the gate itself won't swing if there is a cooler on there. So I decided I really want to put it in front. I have a smittybilt front too and at the time only had a lightbar mounted on it. I was going to cut it up a little and weld in a reciever hitch but found myself with a few extra bucks and bought a winch. Now I can't fit it near the winch and if I weld it up to the top push bar, the cooler would be way too high. Next, I was going to make brackets and weld them on in the front but then I would never get the winch out. The only idea I can think of is mounting the reciever on the side and making an "S" bracket out of 2"x2" so the carrier would sit low and in front but the reciever can be offset. Downside is I am worried about the moment it would create and if it is destine to brake on the beach. Any ideas? or other products that would solve my needs would help. Short of getting an expensive safari rack I am running low on ideas.

Thanks guys.

You could weld two receivers on the bumper, one on each side of the winch. Then have two 2" square tubes off of the carrier. It would be super strong. The worst thing would be alignment and ease of installing and removing the carrier. Might be an option.

Can you post a few pictures of the front of your Jeep? I think that might help in the design process.
