plan is to do a DL flip. What’s a good flip kit? Can I use the rough country track bar bracket that’s already on the Jeep with any kit or is a specific bracket needed for each kit?

I can't say with 100% certainty that RC bracket is the same height as all the rest, but most of those raised brackets for a high steer kit are the same height. The difference with the RC is matching that height to the drop pitman vs others matching the height to the distance of moving the DL from below the knuckle to above. I presume it is about the same if not the same. You can likely get by just replacing the DL alone. I'd get one that you can mount in either orientation (Metalcloak, synergy, etc). It's just nice to have the option. Getting the Yeti 26 knuckle end is an option as well for you, and might be a little cheaper (it would just screw into your current DL turnbuckle).
