my jeep drives bad has 3 degrees of caster will adjustable arms help

Yes, but you may end up with drive line vibrations when you rotate the pinion.

I bet that it drives bad at 3 degrees. Stock is +4.2 and many are running at +6 degrees more positive camber than stock will get you better drivabily but at the cost of some driveline problems
