Default CB Radio Interferes With Speakers/Headunit?

I have my CB mounted on the dash juts to the upper right of the steering wheel. If my head unit is on and i try to speak with the cb it will somehow interfere with my speakers making the music stop and the speakers make a pop sound... I do not have my CB connected to my head unit in any way... If i turn off the head unit and try it, it works perfectly. Any one ever have this? I'm thinking i may have mounted it to close to the head unit?

Thanks,

Maertz

I ran into problems with my cell phone when I would place it above the head unit. It would mess up the GPS and the compass. If you don't want to move it I wonder if there is a good way to shield it from the unit. Good Luck.
