Default centering steering wheel...

I know this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it anyway, exactly how do you re-center the steering wheel?

one more question...how do I get the ESP and Traction Control lights in the dash to turn off? I thought centering my steering wheel and then disconnecting the battery would do it but, uh... nope!?
