Default cheap and fuel efficient

My first post here on JK forums so excuse my FNG ways.

So after searching high and low about what kind of mods I could do to my jk four door to squeeze out some extra mpg (especially after a 2 in BB and 33 inch muds) I decided to keep on the cheap and try slapping on a new muffler after dropping a k&n filter.

So I got 2 mandrel bent 90's and a cherry bomb turbo 2 muffler, two hours of welding and cutting...

I'm getting about 2 mpg bump in highway mileage..

Not bad for 2 hours on a saturday afternoon and all told $50 bucks...

If you're not looking to get a huge boost in power or loud ricey exhaust this is a great mod... I'll try and post some pic's

yep just a tad bit more growl... it's actually the reason I went with the cheapo turbo muffler I heard a clip of it on you tube on a minivan the same 3.8 that's in our jk's lol it sounded good so I thought what the hell sounds great to me..

don't laugh it's really not that bad sounding

Not bad sounding at all. Is it loud enough to hear on the highway? I don't want to do a 5 day raod trip with that in my ear 12 hours a day.
